FoodTruck Terms of Service
FoodTruck helps customers find nearby food trucks and helps approved drivers manage truck profiles, menus, schedules, locations, pickup requests, and growth tools.
Customers
Customer browsing is free. Pickup requests are request-only. Customers are responsible for confirming pickup times, prices, allergens, and request details with the truck before purchasing food or picking up items directly from the truck.
Drivers
Drivers must provide accurate business, permit, contact, menu, location, and availability information. Some driver tools may require approved business access before publishing or managing premium growth features.
Paid operator subscriptions are managed outside the iOS app through FoodTruck web billing and Stripe. The iOS app does not sell subscriptions, open checkout, process payments, process refunds, or manage billing.
Operators can cancel paid subscriptions from the web billing portal or by contacting support. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the already paid billing period. Subscription refunds are reviewed under the FoodTruck Payment and Refund Notice.
Claims and verification
Truck ownership claims may require email confirmation, phone verification, permit details, business links, public listing evidence, photos, or other proof. FoodTruck may approve, pause, or reject claims to protect customers and truck owners.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false claims, misleading menus, unsafe content, unauthorized images, spam, or customer data that you are not allowed to share.
Changes
These terms may change as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
