FoodTruck Support
FoodTruck support helps customers browsing nearby trucks and approved operators managing FoodTruck Business accounts.
Customer help
Customers can browse published trucks for free, search menus, save favorites with an optional account, and send pickup or catering requests where a truck supports them.
Pickup requests are request-only. FoodTruck does not collect customer food payments in the iOS app. Confirm prices, timing, allergens, and payment directly with the truck.
Account and favorites help
If you create a customer account, it can support favorites, selected region, and request history. Signed-in users can delete their account from the Account screen in the FoodTruck iOS app.
Driver and operator help
Food truck operators can create or sign in to FoodTruck Business, claim a truck, and manage approved profile details, menus, schedules, route stops, request settings, and live location publishing.
Claims may require email verification, phone verification, evidence, and admin approval before public profile publishing tools are available.
Billing and refunds
Customers browse for free. Operator subscriptions, when enabled, are managed outside the iOS apps through the web billing flow. The iOS apps do not sell subscriptions, open checkout, process payments, process refunds, or manage billing.

Review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for data, account deletion, location, and acceptable-use details.
